PLATING ON PLASTICS (POP)

POP has its special set of challenges. There is a special challenge in coordinating motion sequences and the resulting complexity when more than 20 carriages (wagons) generate system capacities of more than 24 product carriers (flight bars). POP manufacture places extremely high demands on having precisely reproducible processing times that also have the additional requirement of being flexible when used in the respective equipment or plants. Using an Aucos control system is highly profitable, especially when used with the right equipment layout. The use of, for example, “IN-LINE BUFFERS” enables flexibility with extremely high productivity.
Aucos AG’s services extend far beyond that of simple plant control. The company offers advice on optimisation of plant and equipment layouts too.
